The most bizarre disease and other terrible is Progeria, because almost everyone who suffers it can not live a long time.




Progeria is caused by a small error in the genetic code of the child caused by mutations (changes) of genes, but it has to destroy and transform lives.

Progeria is derived from the Greek word geras meaning old age. So the patient is experiencing premature aging with speeds ranging from 4-7 times the normal aging process. Concrete example, if the children who have progeria age 10, then the appearance will look like 40-70 years old! That is, all the boy’s organs, including respiratory organs, heart, and joints are experiencing vulnerability.

The average child born with this disease will die at the age of 13, because their bodies are aging more quickly such as baldness, heart disease, weakened bones and arthritis.

Fortunately, this disease is very rare, only about 48 people who develop the disease worldwide, but there is a family of 5 children who all have this disease.
