Eastern State Prison

 Eastern State Prison

Another scary place is Eastern State Prison, This is a favorite spot for ghost hunters and the general public since it was opened to the public.

Built in 1829, the structure of the impressive Gothic building nuanced originally built to hold 250 inmates in a separate sel2. However, when active use, the prison can accommodate up to 1700 prisoners crammed into the cells.
Like most places that have a high emotional stress, suffering and death, the prison became haunted.

One of the most famous inmates were Al Capone, who was imprisoned for illegal weapons possession in 1929. During his incarceration, is rumored that Capone was tormented by the ghost of James Clark, one of the people killed by Capone on the massacre that occurred on Valentine’s Day.
Unfortunately, not all inmates the cells open to the public or for tourists.
